Chizuru is a calm and self-restrained girl satisfied to serve as her student council's secretary. As long as she gets to be the shadow queen, that is.

Her everyday life is ordinary. Maintaining a pristine image, she breezes through her school duties with time to spare. She spends that time on things that amuse her. One such interest is sexually harassing the student council president. In compensation for all the harrowing experiences the subject of her affection has to go through, Chizuru lends her many talents to aid the girl in her campaigns. Watching over others provides Chizuru with a sense of fulfillment, in the short term, and willing servants, in the long term.

When alone and bored, Chizuru turns her hands to any kind of business, shady or not, which can provide her with the thrill she seeks. Her systematic personality craves risks and challenges that could push her to her limits. Confident in her abilities and ever the perfectionist, Chizuru does not take the possibility of error into account. 'I won't get caught' that's what she says when contemplating a life of crime.

The saying 'every rose has its thorns' does not do Chizuru justice. She is a more intimidating and dangerous being than any flower known to man, As with other deadly poisons, though, this one may well prove irresistible.
